Jeremy Grant

Jeremy Grant has spent over 30 years in journalism, mostly at the Financial Times and Reuters. His FT career involved postings in Hanoi, Singapore, Chicago and Washington, DC, where he was US Financial Regulation Correspondent. Since returning to Scotland from London in 2022, Glasgow-born Grant has been a freelance writer, most recently of the weekly “Between the Lines” column in the business section of The Scotsman. He started his career in journalism in Hong Kong at the South China Morning Post (1989) and was the FT’s first Vietnam Correspondent (1995-98)
