Yes. The Summit includes dedicated sessions designed for direct engagement with senior policy leaders, innovators, and representatives of the UK and Scottish Governments.

Please bring identification, business cards, and any materials you wish to share. It may also be helpful to prepare a short overview of your investment interests. We recommend arranging travel and accommodation in advance.

The venue is fully accessible. Please let us know of any accessibility or dietary requirements when registering so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Edinburgh is well connected by air, rail, and road. The city has direct flights to major European hubs and excellent train connections to London and other UK cities. Taxis, buses, and trams are readily available for local transport.

Yes. Shuttles will run between the tram station and the Conference Centre from 7:30am – 9:00am. Coaches will also be provided to take delegates to the closing reception.

Yes. Refreshments, lunch, and networking receptions are included for delegates. Please note any dietary requirements at the time of registration.

Recommended hotels that are centrally located and easily accessible to the venue will be shared with registered delegates.

Yes. In addition to the main programme, there will be receptions, breaks, and dinners to encourage networking among delegates.

Coaches will be available after the Summit to transport delegates directly to the Edinburgh Futures Institute. Please ensure you have registered separately for the closing reception.
